Emmanuel City Football Acadamy registered their first win of the season in the Greater Accra Division Two League.
The God with us side defeated KingStep by 2-0 at the Mac Dan La Town Park on Friday Evening.
Right Winger Anthony Ansah Boakye opened the scoring in the 26 minutes of the game when he dribbled pass the opponent goalkeeper and broke the deadlock.
After scoring the first goal, Emmanuel City created a number of Goal scoring opportunity but couldn’t add another.
They held on firmly and went to recess with a slender lead.
The visitors came strongly in the second half, dominating play and tried creating chances but all their efforts didn’t materialize.
Daniel Owusu came off the bench to score from long range in order to cement the Victory for Emmanuel City.
Emmanuel City have now 4 points from the 4 games played.
